Common issues

Try refreshing the Google Sheet page. If it still does not appear, go to Extensions → Add-ons → Manage add-ons and make sure ArcX! is enabled. If it is not listed, reinstall it from the Marketplace.
Open the ArcX! panel, click the settings icon, paste your Groq API key, and click Save. If you do not have a key yet, get one free at console.groq.com.
Double check that you copied the full API key with no spaces. Groq keys start with gsk_. If the key looks correct, try generating a new one at console.groq.com and pasting the new key.
This is a standard Google warning shown for add-ons that are pending OAuth verification. It is safe to proceed. Click Advanced then Go to ArcX! (unsafe) to continue. This warning will disappear once Google completes verification.
ArcX! reads your currently selected cells and the active region of your sheet (up to 40 rows x 20 columns). Make sure you have selected the relevant data range before sending your message. For best results, select the header row and the data you want ArcX! to work with.
Groq's free tier has rate limits. Wait 30 to 60 seconds and try again. If you hit limits frequently, consider upgrading your Groq plan at console.groq.com.
AI-generated formulas can sometimes reference incorrect cell ranges. Click Undo in Google Sheets (Ctrl+Z or Cmd+Z), then try again with a more specific description of your data layout. For example: "Column A has names, column B has sales figures starting from row 2."
